The Super Tooth Club is our in-office dental membership plan for kids who don’t have dental insurance. It isn’t insurance. It’s a direct agreement between your family and our practice.
You pay one flat membership fee, and your child’s routine preventive care is covered. Members also get exclusive discounts on other treatments if their smile ever needs a little extra help.
That means no deductibles, no waiting periods, no annual maximums and no back-and-forth with an insurance company.

The Super Tooth Club is NOT dental insurance and CANNOT be used in conjunction with any dental insurance plan or with any other discounts. Cannot be purchased using 3rd party financing. There are no refunds for partial year use. The plan runs for one year from the effective date. Full payment of the Super Tooth Club required for activation. Benefits are ONLY for the plan period of 12-consecutive months, beginning on the effective date.
